主要文案：

Luo Tianyi,a chinese virtual singer(not vitube and not AI,like a instrument but giving out human voice) and the first Chinese VOCALOID in the world.Her name was from an ancient chinese saying:”The charm of chinese nation is just like the River Luo keeping sky company .”(华风夏韵，洛水天依） Her CV(character voice) is famous chinese voice actor Shanxin,who has worked in Battle Records of Luo Xiaohei (《罗小黑战记》).Luo’s sound librery(声库) was first on sale on 12th,july,2012,and that day has also become her birthday. There are a lot of misunderstanding on Luo Tianyi,like”She is created by japanese company”.But that’s not right.Designers just used the basic soft from Yamaha——VOCALOID(a soft Miku has used),and the others——apparence,name,sound librery and personolity were finished by chinese. What’more,she had change a soft all created by chinese company in 2022——ACE AI.(AI is only used to make her voice more like human.) Luo is not only a music creating soft or an anime image,but a way for amatuer musician to achieve their music dream.Even though their payback is  lower than investment ,they still try their best to let this virtual maid become alive.More than 90% of her songs are form derivative working(粉丝二创),while her company just creates a little.So we can say:No enthusiasts,no Luo Tianyi. （Because of the effort of fans,Luo had got the notice from chinese government department,such as CCTV and CYLC(中国共青团).In 2022,she performed《Time to shine》in Opening Ceremony of the Beijing Winter Olympics Cultural Festival.)
